Been crushing a close friend's Let's Play channel [MrFauxFish] and the Hotline Miami soundtrack really grabbed my attention.
Most of this EP is in the game. The game has that retro 80's cool vibe going on and I feel these tracks really cover that feel and just ooze that setting. The thumping beats and repetitiveness of the songs really numbs the crazy ultra brutality of the game and keeps you pushing forward after dying repeatedly. I'd recommend getting the game because the combo of that and the soundtrack makes an enjoyable package.
