"That I have turn'd away my former self;
So will I those that kept me company." |
While I don't like throwing around the word, I feel, "melancholic" accurately defines this album as a whole. Every track is fairly different but keeps the same feel of the album throughout. I really enjoy vocal samples that are incorporated well into songs and Menton does a great job with that. I especially enjoyed the Hamlet quotes. It made A Hair on the Head of John the Baptist stand out, which along with A Necessary End, are my favorite tracks off the album. [10/10]
Listen!
